Robert Osborne (1968)

Robert Osborne may be known as the former host of Turner Classic Movies (TCM) but he stopped at the Historic Elitch Theatre in 1968.

ROBERT OSBORNE (Winston Garand) – Mr. Osborne recently made his motion picture debut in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He will also be remembered as Gillie in the popular daytime TV serial of The Young Marrieds. Other TV appearances include The Beverly Hillbillies, Alcoa Presents, The Bob Newhart Show, The Untouchables, and The Desilu Playhouse. He is one of the original members of the Desilu Theatre, appearing in many of their TV shows. In addition to his talents as an actor and singer, he is the author of Academy Awards Illustrated with a foreword written by Bette Davis.
