Stellaaaa!! For the 1951 film, A Streetcar Named Desire, Marlon Brando was shouting at our own, Kim Hunter! She played Stella Kowalski and won both the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also originated the role on Broadway in 1947.
In 1975 Hunter appeared at the Historic Elitch Theatre in the play In Praise of Love. (This was just a couple years after her appearances as Dr. Zira in the first three Planet of the Apes films.)
