While Cesar Romero played the “Latin lover” in many films, and he even appeared on the nighttime soap opera, Falcon Crest, many will know him from his two-year run as the Joker in Batman. (He was even ranked one of the Nastiest Villains of All Time by TV Guide.)
Two years before his role in Batman, in 1964, Romero appeared at the Historic Elitch Theatre in the romantic comedy Strictly Dishonorable.
